April 15, 2004The singer of a Chilean black metal band suffered first-degree burns to his face while performing a fire-breathing routine during the group's live appearance at a record store in Valdivia, Chile Saturday (April 10).
MEGIDDO frontman Aldrin Montecinos, 25, was apparently unaware that his long beard had caught on fire just as he was about to launch the fire-breathing portion of the show, with the flames spreading to his hair before being put out with the help of his bandmates and members of the audience.
